Hiring: Admin Support Assistant

Are you ready to be the welcoming face and voice of Onboard Tracker™ and Solab? We’re seeking a full-time, office-based Admin Support Assistant to join our growing team.

From managing phone calls to coordinating office tasks, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our organization. If you’re detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

THE NEW ROLE

Ideally, you will work full-time Monday to Friday but we would consider a minimum of 30 hours over a 4-day week, which must include a Friday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Central point for inbound phone calls
  • Call & Job logging for the Engineering and Support teams
  • Managing inbound email and enquiries
  • Working with the Finance team to send out copy invoices
  • Downloading supplier invoices from portals
  • Ordering sundries
  • Co-ordinating Authorised Supplier processes
  • Uploading invoices to portals
  • Supporting the Sales, Finance and Purchasing teams
  • Meeting visitors
  • Managing meeting rooms
  • Receiving, checking and distributing all deliveries on arrival
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Facilities tasks for the office and wider building
