Job Opening: Crewing Management Software Implementation Consultant

THE NEW ROLE

We are seeking a Crewing Management Software Implementation Consultant to join our growing team. 

As an Implementation Consultant, you will deliver an amazing experience to our Onboard Tracker clients. This includes managing the project plans, budgets and communications before, during and after installation, in addition to delivering training and configuration workshops.

The successful candidate will sit within the Onboard Tracker Implementation team and lead Client Implementation Projects and data migrations whilst supporting users, testing and configuring the software environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

SOFTWARE & IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT

  • Implement on time, within budget and to Client satisfaction all new and existing Client implementations according to the appropriate defined processes.
  • Kick-off projects and set expectations of goals and deliverables using existing tools, focusing on client objectives.
  • Gather process and requirements for system and configuration build.
  • Attend remote and face to face service reviews with clients to ensure continued support, training and demonstrate new product features.
  • Understand technical requirements for installation, integrations, SSO and data migration
  • Deliver client training
  • Supporting the Implementation Team with duties such as performing data analysis, data uploads to the system, rota building and creating Training and Competence Matrices.
  • Prioritise and process Onboard Tracker support tickets in line with Service Line Agreements.

SOFTWARE TESTING

  • Supporting the Development and Implementation Team in testing new system functionality and bug fixes.
  • Provide feedback and ideas to ensure the system is moving forward and we are delivering the best service and product to our clients.
  • Scope client requirements and create ‘user stories’ for the Development Team.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

PERSON SPECIFICATION

ESSENTIAL:

  • Have an excellent understanding of Training, Competence and/or Personnel Logistics within safety critical industries such as Energy.
  • Be highly IT literate and confident in picking up new systems and processes.
  • Highly organised and excellent attention to detail.
  • Professional, friendly, and approachable with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong Data and Excel Skills
  • Have a background in client facing roles
  • Ability to manage own workload.
  • Enjoys working part of a team.
  • Clean Driving License and access to a car

ADVANTAGEOUS:

  • Onboard Tracker™ experience
  • Software Implementation experience
  • High levels of knowledge and experience of Competence Systems, Frameworks, Assessment & Verification Processes
  • Software Business Analysis experience
  • Power BI Experience
  • Software testing experience
  • Experience in a software production environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft DevOps and Agile methodologies
  • Database experience.
