We are looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to join our ever-growing team. 

The Sales Executive will sit within our Sales team, playing a key role in the execution of our ambitious growth strategy to become the WORLD’S leading Crew Management platform for Energy, Renewables & Marine.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, technology and be an excellent communicator. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy preparing for and delivering sales demonstrations, presentations, and discussions with both prospective and existing clients. Your audiences will range in size, sector of industry, typically across Energy, Renewables & Marine and can be based anywhere in the world. You will therefore be comfortable with both in person and on Teams pitching and learn to manage both long and short sales cycles, taking a consultative approach.

  • Lead & support new and existing client software demonstrations and meetings.
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients – understanding pain points and business needs and presenting solutions targeted to each spec.
  • Lead generation and new business prospecting via various channels including direct outreach e.g. LinkedIn, email, phone, and networking.
  • Conduct in-depth research and preparation for client meetings, demonstrations, and prospecting.
  • Work with our Sales Support Team to create engaging and targeted Proposals and Bid Responses.
  • Attending and representing the organisation at trade fairs, shows, events and forums.
  • Updating CRM system – Halo


  • Be a people person and enjoy the journey of helping our customers “crew with confidence”.
  • Be organised, conscientious and prepared for upcoming sales opportunities and client interactions.
  • Be passionate about the customer journey and hold high standards in their communication style.
  • Be tech savvy and comfortable working with new technology, plus standard Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Adobe package is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Be a motivated, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and seeks out opportunities, rather than waiting for them to arrive.

Please note travel is a requirement of the role, and suitable candidates will require to hold a UK Driving Licence and have access to a car within working hours. You may also have the opportunity to travel internationally, but this is not a requirement of the role.
